It owns and operates several locals casinos in the Las Vegas area. ==History== William Paulos and William Wortman formed the company in 1996 both holding a 50% interest. On March 6, 2002, Millennium received a license from the Nevada Gaming Control Board to operate the Rampart Casino. They assumed operation of the casino later that month.
